Phone-collection
This is an essential activity and it is the first approach, that requires a high level of professionalism.

Phone collection is made up of a series of dunning phone calls placed by skilled collectors, trained on the basis of the clients specific needs. A contact with the debtor is made in order to make sure that he/she pays off the outstanding debt, by protecting its own image and its relationship with the Client.
Phone Collectors comply with specific codes of ethics and conduct, following given scripts (proceedings) for all kinds of telephone call. The script content is arranged with the client and it is completely customised on the basis of the client’s needs.
In order to guarantee our service’s efficiency, we observe the following guidelines:
- Clear collector introduction and of the reason for the call
- Interlocutor’s identification
- Setting precise dates / times to call back
- Meeting the undertakings to call back
- Collection of evidence on the existence and the type of agreements arranged by the collector and the interlocutor
- Possibility to formulate any possible complaint and/or dispute in the right place (following Client instructions)
- Precise outcome report, on the basis of the parameters arranged with the Client.
Field Collection
This is a very much delicate and important part of the entire collection process.
It is not easy to manage to find a fair brokerage between opposite interests; a field collector must be really skilled: legal knowledge, accounting knowledge, relevant regulations knowledge, scrupulous compliance with people’s privacy....... but, above all, he/she must be able to communicate, remaining firm and determined. This requires not only technical training but also on personal growth, so that the field collector has a clear perception of his/her social role. Credires avails itself of skilled and experienced consultants, constantly trained, in continuous contact with Credires base, which manages and harmonises the handled credits collection.
Credires has a field collector network spread all over the Country.
Legal aid and Law Centre
Legal action is a valuable tool for credit collection, but it is worthwhile to assess accurately if this is actually the best solution
In the majority of cases, the legal action undertaken to collect credits turns out into a waste of time and of financial resources, and targets have not been reached!
You should only undertake legal action when it is reasonably certain that the combination of legal execution times and the debtor financial sheet can lead to a positive result.
In these cases, any legal procedure which must be undertaken to collect your credit can be assigned to law firms with special agreements who will assess and follow every single case in order to guarantee the maximum results. The competitive advantage offered by Credires is represented by the joint action carried out by the lawyer who serves legal proceedings, supported by our field collector, allowing:
- cost cutting due to the drastic decrease of unprofitable legal actions.
- focused legal action to achieve credit collection targets.
- a preferred partner, Credires - for the files spread throughout the country.
Negativity report
This is a very important final accounting stage because it provides the creditor with all the essential elements to decide what to do next.
Following the negativity report assessment, it is possible to:
- credit write off, thanks to the documented elements provided by Credires;
- pro soluto (without-recourse) credit transfer to dedicated companies. For this activity, Credires is supported by financial structures of proven reliability and renown and assists the Client throughout the entire proceedings.
