Preventive economic investigations

Economic Investigations are a significant barometer of the overall and specific market conditions both in Italy and abroad.

As far as new clients availability is concerned, Credires optimises the offcial information, by providing preventive assessments of new commercial partners’ level of soundness. This can happen through an accurate analysis of the economic and financial aspects related to business management and a careful analysis in the relevant market. For all Italian companies, Credires can offer a series of documents which provides an overall picture of a company features, it allows you to assess a company’s commercial soundness its economic and financial performances, and to monitor the changes as time goes by.

By the use of these documents, which are constantly updated, it is possible to have a deep analysis of each Italian company, to know its administrators and partners, to have access to its budgets, to check any protests and jeopardizing events against the company or its administrators, to know its affiliations with other companies, to check its real estate.

 

Economic Investigations for Tracing and Collecting

Credit Collection activity is more and more frequently prevented to a significant extent by the lack of a debtor’s valid contact address.

The problem may depend on a simple move: in this case, there is no particular difficulty in getting the new address by tracing activities.

When, on the other hand, the debtor makes him/herself scarce, tracing activities are not enough. In this case, we need further investigations which start by the last known place of residence, and are supported by a series of national database consultations, looking for the ‘traces’ left behind by the debtor.

These ‘traces’ can be different and are not always so clear; they may be:

• a registered vehicle;
• real estate property in a unsuspected location;
• rental income or income from unemployment or income from a collaboration on a regular or non regular basis;
• etc...

Public databases verifications are not enough to reveal all of the above information. A real detective work is needed to gather useful information.

For all these Preventive Investigation and Collection activities, Credires holds the license required by Art. 134 of the Sole Public Security Law Text (TULPS). This is a further guarantee, considering the checks which are carried out in order to obtain this license, both in advance (requirements of financial and professional standing checks), and ongoing checks.
