Information pursuant to ARTT. 12 and SS. REG. EU. 2016/679 concerning the processing of personal data
Dear Candidate,
in compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, we intend to provide you with this, a detailed information on the processing of your personal data by the company Credires S.r.l.
In relation to the data you intend to process, we inform you of the following:
1- DATA CATEGORIES. The writer processes personal data relating to your cd person. identifiers (for example personal data) voluntarily provided by you, useful for verifying if your figure is in line with the professional needs required. The data processing could also concern the particular c.d. data category if it is you to indicate the content of it in the curriculum presented.
2- PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT. The data collected will be processed for the purpose of recruiting and selecting the personnel of Credires S.r.l.
3- PROCESSING METHOD AND STORAGE PERIOD. The data is collected, processed and archived mainly on computer and / or telematic support. The personal data you provide will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, and in any case for a period not exceeding 24 (twenty four) months from their collection, without prejudice to the need of the Owner to have to fulfill specific requirements of reads and always that the data itself is not assigned by you. Upon expiry of this term, or the data will be deleted, or anonymized irreversibly, so as to no longer be attributable to your person.
4- COMMUNICATION. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties.
5- NATURE OF THE PROVISION. The provision by you of the personal data requested is essential for the achievement of the purposes pursued with the treatment pursuant to the previous point; therefore, any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to establish a possible collaboration relationship.
6- RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY. Under the conditions foreseen by the EU Regulation 2016/679, you can exercise the following rights:
– Art. 15 Right to access of the interested person;
– Art. 16 Right to correction;
– Art. 17 Right to cancellation;
– Art. 18 Right to limitation of treatment;
– Art. 20 Right to data portability;
– Art. 21 and art. 22: Right to opposition and automated decision-making relating to natural persons.

We inform you that, if you consider the aforementioned rights violated, the current legislation allows you to raise a complaint with the national Control Authority.
